Manchester to Heathrow
Not much to talk about on the first day of the trip, just a short internal flight From Manchester to Heathrow.
Got to Manchester airport in plenty of time, had some over priced fish and chips and then waited for the flight.
It departed from Terminal Three at 18.40, not many people were on it only about 25 so had loads of spare seats.
When we got to Heathrow we collected our bags and caught the airport hotel hoppa bus to take us to the Travelodge which is where we would be sleeping the night before our flight to Chicago in the morning. During check in Sarah thought it was very amusing that I almost had the same shirt as the guy that worked there.
We got a drink in the bar and had an early night.
